Christine is a leading Australian director, executive and investor with more than 30 years experience in financial services, investment, private equity, credit risk and digital media including roles in Australia, China, India and the United States. Previously as CEO of Dun & Bradstreet, Christine successfully led a management buy-out from D&B’s American parent.
Christine is also a director of FlexiGroup, Members Equity Bank, Lonsec and the State Library of Victoria.
Luke leads Kirwood Capital’s strategic investment program across all asset classes. Luke has extensive previous experience as an investor, strategy consultant and lawyer. Previously with Bain, Luke focused on private equity across a range of capabilities including strategy, financial due diligence, and exit maximisation. Luke has broad industry experience in health, retail and consumer products, technology, resources, and financial services. Before Bain, Luke was a corporate lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills. Luke is interested in sectors leveraged to the rising consumer in Asia.
Udhav is an Investment Manager focused on assessing and diligencing new PE investment opportunities and adding strategic and operational value to Kirwood’s portfolio. Previously, Udhav was an Investment Manager at Archer Capital. Udhav was involved in private equity investments across a broad range of sectors in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to Archer Capital, Udhav worked in the investment banking division of Macquarie Bank where he worked on M&A and capital market transactions. Udhav received a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) from the University of Melbourne.
Stewart is responsible for the fund accounting, management reporting and treasury management functions at Kirwood and also assists with the financial diligence of PE investment opportunities. A chartered accountant, Stewart has experience in boutique accounting firms providing advice on tax, financial management and business advisory matters to clients in a wide variety of industries including financial services and consulting. Stewart is interested in the evolving role of technology in financial markets and in everyday life. Stewart received a Bachelor of Business (Professional Accountancy) from RMIT University and a Masters in Investment Management from Cranfield University in the UK.
Edward is an investment associate and assists the Kirwood Capital team to analyse and review current portfolio assets as well as identifying and assessing new investment opportunities. Previously Edward has marketing, sales and operations experience with Asia’s leading wellness brand, and has recently started several entrepreneurial businesses.
Edward is particularly interested in the role of technology in globalisation and sustainability.
Edward received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
Roxana is the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Prior to joining Kirwood, Roxana worked in events, HR and office operations across various industries including event management, biopharmacy and most recently in the oil & gas industry.
Roxana holds a Bachelor of Event Management from Auckland University of Technology.
